ok so in the morning i wake up and got plans w. nikki and ali k <33
we go to nikkis house and listen to music and watch nikki make out w. her dog patch and we got videos of it baby! then we walked to vitos mmmmm and had yucky garlic knots. and then saw where nikki worked .. and then couldnt decide between carvel or ralphs until will decided carvel. and then we had a nice convo on thongs hehe and wlaked to my house. we watched the mr. megna video that ali alli kim and me did in 8th grade - its great !!! adn we just talked for like an hour + or so and then i kicked them otu of my house bc...
i went shopping w. kimmy a! we went to roosevelt w. her mom and were going to go shopping but spent like foreverr in new york & company. she got sooo much and originally it was $159 but her mom had 25% off so it was only 114 which is an amazing discount. and i got myself a shirt and earrings .. yay.. i got to see my fazio and then her mom dropped me off at marias house where...
we had a movie night. me rachel carrie vanessa and mariaa and then kevin. but first [w.o kevin] we ordered chinese food and started watching signs. during signs rachel and i were like crazy lol and i saw the light in her front go on and off and vanessa and maria went to see if it was kevin, but it wasnt, just passing cars. and then marias lil bro joe kept opening the door to the room and scaring carrie. funny! and rachel and i were sitting in the "high" chair bc we were sooo out of it haha just laughing at everything for no reason. and maria and carrie were sitting together and so were kevin and vanessa [ohyeah, kevin came now]. oh and we ordered chinese food and carrie was the only one determind to finish. and i gave everyone butterfly kisses. if u want one, just ask ;)haha and we were VERY dirty .. as we always are. things were up peoples asses - not bad things of course...we just talk dirty.oh nd we watched friends :) and every time the theme song came on .. ther was singing :) well i had a greattt tieme oh yeah and there was a bug, thought kevin killed it, but didnt. oh and vanessa makes the best weird faces and maria is a whore =P

idk whats wrong. something has most definitely been on my mind, but i cant figure it out. ive been a little, spacey lately, and thats really not me. idk whats got my attention. something is going on inside my head that i dont know about bc im just confused as another person would be. mayb eits be the play is coming up and im nervous. i keep fucking up these 2 paragraphs

well this morning, i studied for global. not realy waht id call and interesting morning. then i had soccer. well, being that ive been to every practice for the past few weeks and have been working my tail off, i figure, hey! who deserves more playing time. now i know it sounds selfish, but i had a spot on the team that was taken away, and i want it back. but since certain circumstances may interefere, i cant say that my loyalty is where it should lie. well after our 5-1 victory, we were not "punished" we were working out to better ourselves for our next game. so for probably more than 15 min, we were jogging, sprinting, jumping and playing possession. well i must say my legs are really tired. and ya know, i didnt really play as much as i would have hoped. but w/e. we're still in the state cup and im not complaining .. much.

ok so it starts off as theres a play going on in the school gym and kim and i are in it, along w. like maria, mm[boy], and a few others. so we are rehearsing and theres like this whole scene where these 2 girls are yelling at eachother while everyone is watching them and they both know all their lines, but i didnt know any of mine. and then kim and i kept moving around the people talking to everyone and she randomly blurted out words which really embarrassed me. until we finally get around to where mm and a few tohers were sitting. so then next thing i know, the gym is filled w. people and we are giving them a live show. when we started, the star of the show asked for a line. so then idk what was going on, but jg[boy] comes in and is holding this teeny tiny baby. he said that kk[girl] was pregnant and she gave up her baby and hes taking care of it. now this baby wasnt in any blankets, it was just out. so then magically there were blankets around it. we were thinking of names and stuff, it was fun. and the we're at my house and joey and chandler are there too. and kk comes in and hugs jg and says thanks a lot. and the reason she got rid of her baby so early was bc she wanted to have sex that night. so then we're at my house and mm hides jg's baby in his arms and jg is going crazy looking for the baby [bc its that small] and then i tel him where it is. and chandler says, how can you talk to him. and i said bc i used to be friends w. him so its easy. so then he went to go sit in the tv room while chandler and i set up the table. we were talking blah blah blah and then i went outside. ok so then its me, someone else, a young girl, sammi + jennifer aniston and im carrying this black book thats mad heavy that this scaryass animal woman is trying to get from me. and if she gets u, she'll kill you. so like im runing w. it and she grabs me but i flick her off and its really hard to run w. this book and im tryign to hide but she finds me. and then theres this huge ditch by my house and when she's not looking i throw it in there so we go to knock on this persons door, but we'd then runaway to give the impressino thats where we went .. but the girl stays at the door and the animal lady kills her and then jennifer aniston kills the animal lady, but the animal ladys spirit goies in her body so i kill jennifer aniston w. the animal ladys samarai sword.

played tennis w. rachel, kevin, carrie, maria and vanessa. and ya know, kevin beat all 5 of us at once. and maria, jeese, hit the tennis ball w.o lifting ur foot? lol.. or how about just hit it [<3 ya] carrie is like the best out of us bc she plays tennis. well after that tiring game .. phew! .. rachel and i went to the heffernans house while maria and kevin went home bc they were both sweating [maria from track (but she stayed home bc she had work later), kevin bc we made him run a lot] and carrie took a shower at home. since it is passover, rachel and i are limited to a few food, we ate almonds and potato stix [which totally rock btw] while the 3 people not celebrating passover ordered pizza, and fries and mozerella sticks .. grrr .. we watched um, sleeping beauty and lion king 1 1/2. we used the heffs videocamera bc its fun :) and ya know, bambi is all mine baby. if she cheats on me, its bc im giving her to much love and shes trying to spread it around. and im sry if i broke the couch but its soo comfy! we went to ralphs to visit maria and the way back was def more fun. ok well first dumbass thing, i think, was i tried to pull a push door. im sry ok!

oh man us acting drunk. jeese! and thanks to whoever saved mine and i think, rachels life when that car was coming. i think it was carrie bc that was weirdd. so we get to the heffs house and just chill for a while. idr what we were doing, oh i think we were videotaping some more and then maria comes and kevin leaves. now an hour or so b4 this, my dad calls and says id be leavin at 10 and thats too early so i was like can i sleep over? and he says yeah and so tada! the 4 girls are sleeping over. sry kev. so we almost watch troy but we're really tired so we pop in a day after tmr and carrie and i fall asleep within 30 min. but at some point there was a flood and jake gyllenhal saves emmy rossum and vanessa says to rachel "jake gyllenhal is too hot to die" and then i say "mhmm". weird thing though, im sleeping. so then we all wake up for like 2 secs at the end of the movie and then go back to sleep. so in the morning i was the first one to wake up. and the tv was on and it was wacko's wish. and all these memories came back of the Animaniacs! i loved that show. vanessa was next, then carrie, then maria and rachel. we stayed up watching random shows for a while and then i left at 12.

wow it was sooo nice today and tmr its going to be even nicer!!
well the plan today was ORIGINALLY to go to the city w. drama people and see a show, but i had to cancel and give up my ticket bc i was SUPPOSED to have a soccer game. i did not have a soccer game today so i did something else.
i was a sister and watched the first like 15 min of my sisters soccer game. wow, jo does nothing and sammi isnt bad. jojo like runs around kicking people and jumping and falling .. she'll improve w. guidance but sammi is pretty good. thennn i played stickball w. cait meg nikki john chris and collin. fun fun fun. i couldnt hit the ball w. a stick so i batted once and then stopped. after my teams loss, we went to carvel. but first cait and i walked to her house so she could get money and thenn the two of us met everyone at carvel.

and then i had to walk w. her towards her house and further away from mine lol.

today was an OK day. i had a chem test which i got a 60 bc i didnt understand anything, umm thats the only test i had. then i had shakespeare rehearsal = funn!! drama is always fun i love itt
after rehearsal i had soccer practice. it was alritght. we have 2 games tmr or just on i dont remember. its against a tough team. and sunday we were sposed to have a game but now we may not and i was sposed to go w. drama for like an acting thing and a show but i gave my ticket to someone else bc i couldnt go but now if i can im gonna bc sooo madd!!!

ok so i had 2 soccer games today in penn. i knew i wasnt going to play a lot and i didnt go in there expecting more than a sunburn. so w/e, we drove up there and i slept and watched movies and glanced at hw. and we won our first game 2-1 yay! didnt play the whole game, wasnt expecting to.
so ya know, w/e .. games over and we all shake hands and my dad is behind our bags saying toby come here. i said no and he walked away. so then after we do our cool down jog, he comes through the field telling me saying

NOW THATS FUCKING BULLSHIT!! he just totally embarrassed me in front of my teammates and screwed me over big time. i tried to avoid him bc i didnt want to go near him. i was w. kelly and the breens and i was afraid to go over to my car bc my dad was there. ughh and then tom cmae to talk to me and he was like u know why u didnt play im like yeah i didnt come to practice .. g-d im not an idiot. its not my fault my father is eccentric and an anger freak.
now hes like giving me attitude when i didnt do anything but the right thing. im not goin to abandon my team inbtwn games. thats rude and i like the girls. everyone is really nice. and besdies, i actually played in the second game and got an assist and we won that game like 3/4-0 so i ended up doing well.
w/e, its over and done with. tmr i have school, woopie. no interning so i get to go to lunch.
COFFEE HOUSE WAS SOO MUCH FUN!! seriously everyone was great and GO BITCHIN BRASS!! we totally could have won something .. grrr

i went to the ms show w. vanessa and sat w. kevin there. the 1st act was good and everyone sang very well and i must say i laughed. during intermission we talked w. carley and rachel and then went back inside and all sat together. the show was kind of hard to follow partially bc the music was too loud and u couldnt hear the people singing which was unfortunate bc i lovee sams voice <33
then after kevin vanessa and i walked to harvest diner and met up w. maria and carrie who had just come back from their track meet. the 2 waiters liked me and vanessa. they were listening to our conversation which was very dirty and they were prolly enjoying it. i wish i could win an emo contest but i really cant!! gosh! then me vanessa and kevin walked back to his house while maria and carrie showered. i made ali k her card and we played some phantom on the poorly tuned piano and then on the keyboard. then i left ...
alis house was funn! i always love alis house. we talked, danced [well ali did], ate, played board games and took pics. u can see the pics soon when i put them on the comp.
kim came late bc she had a state cup game which she lost.. pitifully.
monday monty python and the holy grail should be comin in the mail so hopefully i can watch it and see what all the fuss is about.

soo school --
had no tests today [a first] but i have a chem test tmr and a math test wed. unless, you count a takehome test, bc then i had a test today. the takehome test im finishing in shakespeare tmr, it just happend today that we got out at 4 instead of 530 so i didnt get a chance to finish it ..
when i got home i did some of my hw and then while i was studying i got really tired so i set my phone alarm for 30 min. when it went off, maria had text me and i still had 15 min left. but then i didnt wake up when the alarm went off so i slept till 9 15 and missed part of summerland!!! now i gotta stay up an extra hour to finish my hw .. w/e, ill b getting sleep this weekend .. yeah, prob not. im never gonna regain that hour!! it seems like just yesterday we pushed it back an hour and added an hour, and now theyre taking it away.

wow, if u want a messed up family, stop at my house. seriously, my dad needs anger management or something. idky im writing this here, but i gotta write it somewhere. hes completely oblivious that my sisters arent goign to learn shit from his screaming and yelling all the time. like when they fight he always says "you're acting like 2 year olds. 8 year olds do not act this way" i think hes got a problem, like hes bipolar or something. it can get scary. and what can i do, yell back? im just his daughter than he rarely listens to. everyone is so close w. their dads, and i watch them and im jealous, bc i dont have that w. my dad. when i was little i enjoyed spending time w. him more than my mom, but now i hate being in the car alone w. him bc its so uncomfortable. i wish i had those television perfect relationships w. him, but thats never gonna happen. i didnt even wanna dance w. him at my batmitzvah bc i was touching him. yeah, its that bad. he gives me random hugs, and i dont like it. theres something wrong w. me that i cant deal w. i dont even let my sisters hug me. i always feel if i had a dif dad, id feel like he was my dad. when i was little and id see a movie, id pretend that the father in the movie, or the guy in the movie was my dad and id love it. but then, reality check. like sure i love my dad and i dont want nething to happen to him, but if he didnt live at home, i think my life would be much quieter and relaxed.
as for my sisters, they dont stop! one is constantly verbally abusing the other, and one is constantly physically abusing the other. if they were one person, theyd be the biggest bully around. and when one is upset, they go complain to my dad, bc hes the one that will yell the most, and that def adds to his stress bc my sisters dont know when to stop. i mean, yeah theyre 8 they should start being nice to each other and stop hitting each other. and sam has to cool it w. the name calling and jo has to learn to take it in and deal w/o immediately telling someone.
and theres nothign i can do. im just a kid in the house w. all the screaming. the loudest house on the block w. the most cursing and the most fighting. i know my marriage isnt going to end up like this. but it wouldnt be so bad if my parents got a divorce. i would love to see them for one whole week, stop yelling, stop fighting, stop cursing and just speak, normal tones and be calm. if they divorced, theyd see less of each other and get along fine probably.
ughh i cant take this, its making it me more pissed and upset w. how i live.. all i know, is that im learning from this and am not going to make the same mistake

its the first day of vacation and i have plans .. unfortunately then cant last all day. and guess what, tmr if i had plans they wouldnt last all day either. i have soccer at 315 - 5 so theyd be later. which would be totally fine.
im listening to phantom of the opera. and i was like cryign bc i lovee good music [wow im a geek] but if u want me to cry, play me really really good instrumental music w. an amazing singer singing a soothing song and BAM my tear ducts open and theres no stopping. ok, so i says that about sad movies but that didnt work. but im pretty sure u can get me to cry w. music.
hanging w. kimmy a today and we're watching a movie .. and then its purim so im going to temple. im being a sailor. gotta get my costume ready [ oh joy ].

this has been a rather uneventful weekend. yesterday i did, well nothing and today im going into the city to rehearse for the acting showcase on tuesday.
some of my lines:
that depends, are u following me? -- you go to my school? ive never seen you before. -- oh im joan. -- heres the part where you say your name. -- in the opposite direction of school? i dont think so. -- i must be missing something, we are talking. -- ok who are you -- saw me where? -- th-that was you? that guy was an old guy -- wh-what are u talking about? what do u want w. me? bc i gotta warn you, my dads a cop, and hes not just any cop he is THE cop! -- who are you? -- you're what? -- im going to ask you one more time -- dont EVER talk to me again! --
that was all my lines from the first scene :) yay. i think i covered them all. and heres my monologue..
did he lie underoath, yes. are there mitigating circumstances, of course there are. his mother was murdered. he was turned into the star witness against his father. a father who he had an estranged relationship with. a father who, as you can see by the psychiatric reports, gary lived for his approval and rarely got it. here he is. a kid with a drug history, emotionally unstable, being asked to put his dad away for life. he couldnt do it, he couldnt do it. the law insulates us from having to testify against a spouse. well a sons connection with his father can be just as powerful. gary armbrust isnt a bad kid your honor, we all know that. he just couldnt go through with sending his dad to jail.
